Mr.Hector Gomez, Form Teacher 4 Com 2007

Hi,
Firstly, I have to thank 4 Commitment for being such an interesting and responsive class. I really enjoyed teaching you. All of you have talent, in some area or another, you just need to work on your weaknesses and carry on developing your strengths.
At the beginning of the year, I was worried about teaching English, as it was my first time I've been tasked to do so in my 14 years of teaching! Anyway, I am satisfied with the results. We have improved on our performance when compared with the results from last year and the beginning of the year. In terms of quality, we now have 2 Band 1s. And the pass percentage improved by 16 %. But what I'm most proud of, is that of our 7 non-readers, 5 have even passed the reading component of the Final Exam. Congrats to Tian Yong, Mei Qi, Raihan, Andy and Kemas. Our student who improved most is Qiu Ping. Kudos to you.

On the sporting front, Sarah played very well for Xishan in the Hockey and Floorball Tournament. I see you as a future captain of Xishan! Andy and Farhan are also outstanding Floorball players. Be disciplined and you'll make it. But, at the same time, focus on your studies, it is crucial.

Ili Huda is an excellent dancer. She dances with the famous Sri Warisan Dance Company. I'm still waiting for her invitation to watch her dance!!!
Bryan, Ming Shu, Jonathan and Jia Wen keep up your passion for basketball. It's great exercise.
Laurel and Yusri, you both need to work on your reading and multiplication tables during the holidays.

Zie Qian, Kemas, Farida, Baby, Bismil and Vanna thanks for helping keep the class alive and interesting with your humour. Jia Jin, I hope that you come to school more often. If you do, I'm sure that you will do very well. You are intelligent. Nanie, I enjoyed having you in the class. Although you are moody sometimes, you are frank and honest. I really appreciate it.
Hidayah and Addiennur, you both read a lot. I'm sure that if you work harder on your Maths, you'll make it. De Ming, you need to focus more in class.

Jia Jin, Baby, you always make me laugh! You are brutally honest!
Mei Hui, I wish that you could speak up more. You are clever and should be more confident in yourself. Wati, Shammah and Sabrina, you need to pay more attention in class and talk less. No wonder you three did so well for oral English. You three had lots of practice!
Please communicate with me through my email.

Cheers.
